Area outside was construction so things near the Hyatt was dirty...but weather has been not so good. The sink in the unit was backing up and the tub was just very difficult to get shower to work.

Excellent hotel and great staff
When I first checked in the room. I was given a room that faced toward a business that was having a very loud event. I called the front desk to switch rooms to the other side of hotel. Jonathan graciously switched to a room with no noise. Even came up to help me move. What a great employee! The room was great! Beds comfortable. Everything clean. Nice breakfast. I can’t say a bad thing. Every employee was extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel was nice. Rooms where clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast could be better. They ran out of plates and cutlery and refilled with paper plates and plastic cutlery even though it was not busy. Near to shopping centre.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. One suggestion would to freshen up the cushions near front entrance. Only complaint was not being told to insert one of 2 cards in slot when entering the room so light switches would work. Otherwise great service and friendly staff.
