From when we walked in the person at the front desk wasn't very friendly or inviting. More rude and dismissive as we asked abt coffee shop and jacuzzi. On our way up the room a humidity smell in the halls then we find a machine trying to remove the apparent water leakage all over the hotel. We walk into room and tiles missing from the roof and as soon as we step in the bathroom huge puddles of water coming from what looked to be the ceiling exhaust. When we called he again was rude and tryed and lie about the spa or jacuzzi. The man said well we do have one but you can't go in it now its only open till Sundown

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed the fridge was loose and unsteady in room 816, it was not secured and hazardous. I could not access. The next day clean up was not done well. Bed was made, bath towels were picked, up, but the ironing board and iron was left in place, the ice bucket was not changed and provided with a clean bag.

Once we were check in and had access to our the room was not cleaned well at all one sink was dirty and shower was really dirty to the point were I just decided I would have to clean. Me and my company will not be coming back to this location I hope they improve

Wonderful stay. Only bad things was parking was charged and not on reservation page. It wads HIGH priced $24.99 to park handicap in front of building (self parking) for one night! That is super high and never have we paid more then $5 for this self service! Also not able to use internet from check in time till next morning and we lost rental business needs because we were not able to use internet to solve problems back home.

They were remodeling when we showed up. The 1st room we were given stank so bad of sulfur we had to switch rooms. The second room was better than the first but only by a little. Mold in the bathroom, tub drained very slowly, cooler was missing parts, and the room was very dated. We asked if maintenance could fix the tub but nothing was done. Ice machines only on every other floor. 2 of the 3 didnā€™t work. In my opinion, the hotel should be shut down until repairs are complete. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on it. I will say that breakfast was very good. I have never written a review this bad but this hotel deserves it. Also, paying over $100.00 to park my own car for 4 days is ridiculous. Almost forgot, hot tub had its own set of problems
