The good things about this property are the position and the service. The building is neat but needs to be updated.It is an excellent 70-style property. Old noicy ceiling fans. It needs a fresh makeover, not just paint. It is too expensive for what it is.

Customer service was disrespectful and the service person at the front desk was rude and impolite. Rooms were nice apart from the service person when checking in and out was very disrespectful and rude. Will not be staying here again.

Convenient location-walk to the shops, restaurants, lagoon and marina. Lovely hosts who were exceptionally helpful in assisting us in choosing activities to do. Comfortable beds and lounges. Overall a great place to stay!

Our bed had dirty linen upon arrival. We opted for the environment saving waiver of room cleaning for a few days but when we did have the room serviced the toilet wasn’t cleaned and coffee sachets weren’t replenished
