The hotel was a revamped hotel from days gone by. It was very clean and tidy - the pool area was the same and the thermal baths next to the pool where really where it shined after a long day hiking or drive. The rooms were without character and the beds soft and worn down... but very clean and tidy. Our room was on the highway side which was noisy - to be expected - I was told there was no other choice. Out came the earplugs for sleeping.

A good little spot for a night. Front desk 5 stars Ladies up front are very nice. The only thing it was not 5 stars for me I was on the second floor and the people on the third floor walked all night and you could hear everything from that room. I’d recommend staying on the 3rd floor. Mountain View’s okay. Nothing special about it. Other than that it was good

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed is so good I wanted to take it home! The shower is fabulous. It was like getting a massage. Room is clean and everything was quiet after 10:00 pm. Will definitely stay here again!

Our bathroom was not cleaned. we even found the previous occupants toiletries in the shower. The carpet was stained and looked unclean. One thing positive is the sheets where clean and comfortable.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and hard working. The water quality in the pool and spas is exceptional-clean and perfect temperatures. It is mineral spring fed and feels great. The rooms are clean, simply and tastefully appointed, and well oriented to take advantage of the courtyard and mountain views.
