Such a quiet and clean hotel. The only thing was that the ice machines weren’t working. The pool was clean and me and my kids had a blast.

Overall, it was not a horrible experience. I will say that we had an issue with our AC when we first got into our room. My boyfriend called & notified the front desk. They sent someone up who ultimately told us that heat rises & there was nothing he could do. When asked if we could switch rooms he told us there were none available. I called the front desk again to let them know that there was in fact a problem with our AC & it wasn’t just because heat rises………… Anyways, the lovely gentleman (I believe his name was Ulysses - sorry if I’m wrong) asked if we wanted to switch rooms to which we absolutely said yes. But we also thought it was weird considering we had just been told there were none available. He came up right away to give us our keys. Our other rooms AC was working at max capacity & you could feel the difference. The cleanliness was subpar. I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I was pretty disappointed to find someone else’s hair in our box of tissues & in our bathtub. The pool was great. Pool bar was great. We had no complaints there. I would stay here again, for sure. For the price, you can’t beat it. But I do hope that there will be a bit more focus on maintenance training & more focus on cleanliness.

The staff is amazing first and foremost. The room was amazing. I had a beautiful Mountain View. The pool was fun. The bar is actually quiet and clean. I had a great stay.

For the amount we paid, i would’ve expected a nicer room. The restroom tub paint was chipped off and painted over very noticeable.

Overall experience was good. The property was well kept. Check in went smoothly, thanks to Gracie. The room was great. Hallways was too warm. It felt like was 90 degrees. I was a little disappointed when I checked out. The person in the front was not friendly. I felt like i was brothering her. Overall, experience was good. Thank you.

Well kept hotel
Very clean, good price, and had all amenities. Clogged sinks the moment we arrived. Told it was going to be fixed within 30 minutes….2 hours later it was completed. Hotel did not notify us that it was fixed. We had to keep asking. Pool was terrific. Big, clean, and plenty of towels.
