Room clean and beds good

The pool area was dirty around the edges. Cigarette butt’s and candy also cigarette dumped in the flowers around the pool. the TV wasn’t working during our stay and the deluxe Continental breakfast was poor. Cold coffee and stale breads with only toasters that didn’t toast the bread enough to melt butter

The linens had stains , pillows flat , no bedspread , just a thin blanket . The rooms are dark and dated . Noticed a roach in the bathroom . On the bright side : the front desk staff was helpful and courteous .

I did not realize parking was 25/day extra and the breakfast buffet was 15.95 pp daily. Because we stayed there for 18 days it was an expensive add on. Needs updating on the technology as cable tv was limited on number of channels and did not even work the last few days of our stay. Housekeeping had to be reminded to provide 2 sets of towels, body lotion, soap, coffee daily. Location was great
