The hotel was extremely dirty, and the door didn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. The overall condition of the property also gave off an unsafe vibe. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Would not stay here again.

All of the electrical outlets in the bathroom were out of order, the mini fridge was not working and apparently couldn’t be fixed or replaced and there was no closet- just a super flimsy portable rack. That said, the pool was nice, bed comfortable and no bed bugs. I paid $100 a night, $40 Would have been more like it.

Considering its convenient location and price point, the property provides good value for the money. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. My guest room fixtures and furnishings would benefit from renovation, but the room was clean and in good working order. I'd recommend the property for budget travelers but not for leisure travelers seeking a luxury resort.

I was at first fine with everything but then when pulling back the sheets found blood spots on the fitted sheet. These were definitely fresh blood spots, not washed sheets with brown blood stains. I put a towel over it and just dealt with it. My boyfriend runs maintenance at a hotel so I know how things can be. The other issue I had was the noise overhead. All hours of the night it sounded like people were purposely jumping on the floor above me. I recommend having the fan on all night, bring your own sheet, blanket, and pillow, and you should be all set.

Short drive to downtown. Must have gps in Palm Springs! Wow. Pool area is super awesome! And the pool is open late, but it's getting cold out there. Staff is awesome!

The room was clean and quiet but the crowd around when it gets dark was unsettling. The shower was old but functioning. My main complain is the lack of light in the room. It was a cave in there. Person at the desk nice. When I left someone was complaining their toilet was not working. Ugh.

This property is very dated. With a little love it could be a sweet destination. Lots of little things were a bit annoying but we were only there two nights. The shower faucet was busted so we took cold ish showers. The key card entry was a bit tricky but we made it work. Pretty quiet place even during Pride. Staff was good as well.
