Some of the rooms haven’t been renovated or updated. Our first room was an older room with a stained bathtub. I called the front desk and they switched our room and the mew room was up to date and more modern. After the room change the stay was perfect.

The initial room that we were placed in was at least 20 degrees warmer than the hallways and common areas. Facilities came and attempted to address, however they could not further cool the room. Limited options to move to, and ended up wasting about 2 hours while they tried to fix the temp or find another room for us. We were here for a concert so the wasted time was frustrating. Pool was crowded and all services closed at 5pm, even though it was over 90 degrees outside with plenty of guests hoping for food & drink service. Property is in need of upgrades.

beautiful hotel, very scenic and a lot of activities.. i didn't like that i ordered room service, left for the day with plans to eat the rest of my meal upon return and when i got back on 8/17 the tray was removed from INSIDE THE ROOM. aLSO, TRAY REMOVED BUT ROOM NOT CLEANED AT All!!..trash not removed, no towels..so why come into my room and remove just the food tray..this was WEIRD AND FRONT DESK SAID SAME. aDDITONALLY, TEH SHOWER WITH WATER THAT GETS ON BACTHROOM FLOOR REALLY CAUSED ME TO SLIP AND FALLIN WATER ON BATHROOM FLOOR...THESE ISSUES WERE QUITE DISTURBING FOR PROCE OF ROOMS.

First day they sent a crew to change the locking mechanism on our door which took way too long and inconvenient. Second night they send someone to break into a door next door because guests locked themselves out. Major noise … annoyed that they didn’t change there lock since it was so necessary to change ours. Check in staff useless … wouldn’t help us to book a second night since we booked the first through a third party… pool bar service not available on Thursdays… all round disappointing… comparing to other Jw’s we’ve stayed at … won’t be returning …
