Servers that made you feel like family
I had a tough year and wanted the blue sky and sun in Palm Springs. I stayed at the Riveria years before and had a good time and this time it was even better. The hotel was empty for a guest that was great two days we literally had the pool to ourselves - the staff were so genuine and friendly it was a treat - especially the servers - Jose - Denise - Thaina and Vanessa all were outstanding they made us feel like family. We actually had all our meals at the hotel because of them the good food and no wait reservations will be back again at some point

Spa hot tub and waterfall tub were cold Limited staff , not sure because of winter season. Shower hot water was warm at best. Under new owner. We will see how and what they will do. Prices of rooms fare

Very relaxing and amazing and friendly staff. Properties need updating but I believe they are doing that as part of the transfer from Margaritaville to Riviera.

I work in the Hospitality industry and let me tell you, this property is perfect! From the staff who are so professional and kind to the facilities and restaurant with delicious food. The front desk manager was so kind to give me and my partner an upgrade to a Suite and it was a beautiful room with a fireplace! I recommend this resort for your next vacay! Nice hotel near downtown amenities.
My room wasn't ready at check-in and delayed for 1 hour but other than that I was happy with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant service was excellent and friendly and we hope to come back again.

It took us almost 1.5 hrs to check in, the don’t have enough concierge to help with the check in and they gave us the right room. Me and my friend booked a 2 queen beds room but we ended up getting a king bed instead. It’s not just us but multiple guests got a wrong room.
