Parking was awful! Check in process for everyone in the gropu was ridiculously terrible. The elevator near out building didnt work so that was extremely inconvenient.

The pool was closed for " maintenance" without early warning, I would have cancelled my reservation! Palm springs without a pool is pointless. The room for 3 had only two beds and the air conditioner didn't work. The people at the front desk could care less. I won't be going back there. Used to be a loyal customer, not any more.
