Customer Service could use an update.
Customer service was lacking. One of our rooms was not ready until after 6pm, all we received in exchange for our inconvenience was an "I'm sorry." Only one of our 6 rooms was actually available at check in, which is 4pm, despite having a 10 a.m. check out time. They clerk at check in messed up our reservations so badly we ended up having over 12 extra keys, had to be re-done so many times. It took us over an hour and a half just at the front desk.

We got to the resort around 3:00pm and I knew we were early for check in which is 4 PM and told us the room wasn’t ready and they said they’ll text me when it is. So we went to Walmart down the street to kill some time and get groceries. Got back to the hotel around 4:30PM and still didn’t receive a text so we decided to just park. 5:15PM rolls around and still nothing so my husband decides to call and ask if the room was ready. They put him on hold and said no it’s not ready and this is normal that the rooms aren’t ready at check in time. When I arrive at a hotel I do expect to get checked in my hotel room at the actual check in time. This incident was the only downfall but overall we had a good stay.

Family fun stay!
This was a last minute out of the blue booking for my family and I. We stayed in a one bedroom bottom floor with the pool and kids splash pad access which was really convenient for our two kids. Checked in few hours early and used their Chuckwalla pool with the water slide. Management text us when our room was ready. I was hoping to have be closer to this pool area but happy they had our room in the 4400s. This side of the hotel had the big screen TV and little a shallow pool entry for the littles. We will be coming here again!

First time guest with my family (all adults) we enjoyed our time, even with this heat. Got lucky on location Villa, close to one of the pools with the TV screen: )and parking and elevator too. Our roomwas clean with a kitchen stock with all the basics! Was uneasy at first reading the reviews but in my case was a very good experience!
