Beautiful Stay, But the Coffee Maker Was a Health

Beautiful resort, amazing service, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Everything was nearly perfect, except for the in-room coffee maker. When I went to brew a cup, I saw a filthy, neglected machine. Old, crusted coffee grounds were everywhere, dust coated the interior, and it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was genuinely disgusting and felt unsanitary, completely out of step with the rest of the resort’s high standards. PLEASE clean the coffee makers, and this place would be flawless.

Beware, there are not any elevators in certain buildings of this property. Also, the hotel has designated rooms for 3rd party reservations which are small and cramped with not a lot of space to put your stuff. I had higher expectations of this hotel.
