I will stay at L3 again.

I had a comfortable stay. Got well rested.i flow in from Fort Lauderdale. No problem with reservations. The staff was very friendly an professional.

The staff at this property was outstanding. The front desk staff, Lois, Jorge, Lynda and Brenda responded quickly to any concerns and were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance and grounds staff were also attentive and friendly. The hotel is an older property and thus some updating is needed but overall, we were pleased with our stay. It was nice having the pools and hot tubs to use after a day of hiking.

worse experience of my life - took them a week 2 clean my leaky room - im 65 yrs old - rude ,dirty - i constantly ask 2 clean my room everyday- finally a week later they did & asked me 2 leave & i dodnt get my unused days refunded - horrible place - i want my $ back ruined my vacation rude - 65 yrs old with wheelchair parking access - rip off

Hair all over floor, tooth paste splatter left on faucet, gross old shower curtain, jacuzzis full of hair, refused to leave a bottle of disinfectant in my room, front desk guy was rude when I asked for pool code, front desk lady is slow to answer phone and plays cards on her computer while you stand behind her, waiting for her to notice you..... Only good things were the disposable slippers (needed to walk on nasty floors) and the towels and sheets were clean. No microwave, though, and dirty walls in need of paint. The wall by my sink looked like it had dried blood on it. Ew ew ew ew ew ew.

The pictures makes it look better than it is. While the decor is cute, the walls and the bathroom were not that clean or nice. They also make it look like you will get a room around the pool if you pay extra for “pool view” but you might only be able to see the pool from a different building. But it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Very good experience overall for the price. The hot tubs occasionally don't work. I would just flip the shut off switch a couple times, and sometimes that seemed to resolve the electrical short in the switch. The pools are not heated - just FYI. No big complaints, though. I would stay again.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The tub/shower was clogged and drained too slow so there was dirty water filling up the tub each time you took a shower. There were bad repair jobs throughout the room. The fire sprinkler was missing a plate cover, and holes in the drywall around light switch covers. I would not say here again.

Close to downtown PS. Property is dated, especially the bathrooms. In 5 days no cleanup around the pools and hot tubs. Hot tubs were cold by hot tub standards and jets did not work on one. Rooms spacious and clean but need repainting, anything but white, shows every mark that is not clened off
