Let me just say this was an amazingly great stay!! The staff was amazing!! Property was beautiful! The food was awesome. Best poolside nachos I were ever had!! First time to the desert and I didn’t wanna leave. The heat was perfect!! I’m still in awe and wanna go back now!!!🤣🤣❤️❤️

best staff. literally everyone treats you like a king or queen, in my opinion. i love how peaceful it feels being here. Best thing is that there’s no ghetto people or loud crowds. great for couples, families or even if you want to be alone.

Try relaxing week at Ritz Carlton
Superb hotel. Excellent helpful Staff at front desk, restaurant and pool area. Beautiful grounds, impeccably kept, only problem occurred at end of trip, called bellboy, Took 30 mins to arrive. Not acceptable in a hotel of that size or standard.to have only1 bellboy on duty in the morning when people are checking out

We always enjoy our stays here at the Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage. The Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure we have a fantastic time, without them it would just be a Building. The recent refurbishment is absolutely wonderful.

The property has an excellent view of the city and surrounding area, and the drive up to the hotel is spectacular. The lobby, pool, restaurant and other amenities are also flawless in design and cleanliness. The cleanliness of the rooms however was lacking, bugs everywhere on the floors and the carpet they choose in many areas is an eyesore to look at. This was our biggest gripe with the property, everything was a 5 Star level including the friendliness of staff and helpfulness of the valet, but the cleanliness needs some work. Despite that, I highly recommend. Probably the best hotel in the city. What a view. Such a beautiful building.
