We stayed at this hotel from August 5th, and really enjoyed it. The hotel was nice and had two pools outside, an inside lane pool, a spa area, jacuzzi and a little bit of light evening entertainment. Breakfast and the evening meals had plenty of options. Most of the staff were very helpful and nice, and the location was great. Within a short walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, and a bus stop very close by if you wanted to go further. It was a five minute taxi ride from the Airport costing 16 Euros and the planes didn’t bother us. The only suggestion I would make is to add in a coffee/tea maker in the rooms as this is pretty standard in most hotels these days. Also, on two occasions when going for our evening meal which is buffet style, we didn’t get asked if we would like a drink until we were leaving the restaurant. This isn’t a deal breaker for us though as we had a wonderful stay here and would definitely go back!

Breakfast wass great w lots of options. Aircon did not work properly in the room and no one came to check. I think it's the same in all the rooms in the building (one with the restaurant).

A great location for a solo traveller (I stayed for 3 nights), to be based in as it is close to the beach and restaurants if convenience and just after a more chilled back stay. The hotel itself has a great offering - I used their gym, sauna/indoor pool and breakfast buffet amenities. The set up of the hotel is true to pictures particularly the outdoor pool. As I travelled during peak time, this was quite busy. My room was always cleaned promptly in the mornings with the staff always smiling and able to assist quickly with any queries I had. My constructive feedback would be in the room I was in 203, the batteries of the tv needed changing (for those who would like to access this) along with the plug socket on the side of one of the beds. Whenever I tried to charge my device in this particular socket, it would short circuit the electricity in the room as a whole and should really be looked into for a long-term solution fix. I noticed also that the bathroom window allows my neighbours to look into it from the higher floors also. As I read before booking this hotel, the AC is present in the room but very lightly. So for anyone who does get hot quickly, it would be best to have a fan on you too. The size of the room I can imagine for a couple who are very tall, could be bit of a squeeze (I'm 168cm and found it personally good). The distance from the airport is particularly a plus although I advise getting a taxi to save hassle as it's only 10 minutes.

Everything was nice , you have to pay for “safe” inside your room if you want to use it, parking is free on the street. Food is nice and tasty, 3 minutes away from the beach

Stayed here for 1 week and it was amazing, room was very comfortable, great pool area with two pools and one having the poolside bar, the cool jacuzzi upstairs is also great. We didn’t opt for breakfast at the hotel but did avail of it one morning and it was great.

Breakfast and dinner was consistently delicious and varied, staff were lovely and accommodating and the facilities were fantastic. If you want a sun bed in the common area around the pool it seems everyone wakes up at the crack of dawn and marks their spot with a towel, so make sure to do that if you want a sun bed :)

The hotel should be a 3 star at best, it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The only positive thing is the staff, very friendly and helpful. The beds need to be updated, the bed absolutely sank when I sat on it, the pillow was hard as a rock. Impossible to have a good night sleep. The lack of amenities are not equivalent to a 4 star hotel. Hand soap, body wash and shampoo, and stop counting. No tissues, no body lotion, no conditioner. 1 very small body towel and 1 hand towel. I get trying to make a profit, but this was just ridiculous. One of the reasons I booked was the advantage of a beach next to the hotel but I have to say avoid it, its not a nice beach fully brown, go visit any other of the turquoise beaches in Mallorca. The area was not pretty at all. Rooms extremely small. Its not a relaxing experience at all.

Very small room called a junior suite. Didn’t get bottle of cava as promised on booking. In flight path so very noisy. Reception staff friendly but all scared of manager so couldn’t make any helpful decisions. Ok, if very over priced, for an emergency stopover due to cancelled flight.
