From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath 12th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and the 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

The Long Beach Resort is great but this Condo not so much!
We love the Long Beach Resort we have been coming to PCB for years and have stayed at many of condos at the long beach. This particular condo just needs a-lot of TLC It could definitely use new mattresses . 076307We did find out toward the end of our stay that there are new owners taking over and they left a note stating they were remodeling this and a couple other condos,So maybe with the new updates it will be worth staying in

Needs a good thorough cleaning, need updating really bad beds were awful needs new beds disposal did not work in the kitchen, very few pots and pans and what were there were so bad you could hardly use them I just expected better. I’ve stayed there before in Those condos and they were amazing, but this one was surprisingly bad

Filthy disgusting and gross!
Condo was very dirty! Floors, commode, baseboards, and kitchen was disgusting and the couch had gum on the cushions and the it was also ripped and had holes in it! Appliances were not cleaned and everything was extremely outdated! Fridge was not cleaned and we drove 10 hours and I had to clean the entire condo! We love Long Beach but this condo was very disappointing and it was the same price that we paid last summer and that condo was extremely clean with new appliances! Renters beware!

Response to a tv issue
No tv in living area, called 4 days complaining. Finally fixed on Thursday. The view was amazing!! Location great. Very clean. Bathrooms need a total makeover.

Perfect view, nice location
Condo was clean just a little outdated. The only issues we had were none of the remotes worked, so id say pretty nice stay. Pool was great and the beach wasnt a far walk compared to other locations. We will definitely consider staying here next year

Sisters Trip
This condo was perfect for our Sisters Trip! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and each bathroom has dual sinks so we each had room to get ready. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and it had a table to sit so we ate breakfast and had coffee every morning. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping - Pier Park is great! Loved that entry was by code and not a key - this is helpful when coming and going at different times. We would definately stay here again.

Home was very nice with great views and location. Condo Complex is very nice with just one issue. Where they put the Grill area is between two large Condos and has a wind tunnel affect and makes it almost impossible to light grill. Inside condo is dated but was clean and large and very comfortable. Only issue is if you come here make sure you bring garbage bags as they only left one, dish soap as they only left one that was a 3 oz bottle and extra t-paper as they had one roll per bathroom. Very good value for a place this large and location. We would stay again

Not what the pictures show
The unit was not what it appeared to be online. Very dirty and outdated. Bring your own pot and pans, the ones in the unit were awful. No kitchen towels and the like , floors were broken. It needs updating bad. On the positive: the location is great ,security is great , views and beach awesome. Pools and hot tubs were great 2 heated pools 1 unheated pool. Property was very clean and beautiful.

Condo needs serious updating
Condominium great location and we met a lot of Nice people. Check in was great! BUT condo needs a lot of updating. First when you walk in door the floor has an inch crack almost all the way across the entrance way. Where the flooring is cracking and coming up. We had to buy rug to keep from tripping over it and making it worse. The master bath is a from a time capsule. Vinyl wallpaper peeling loose from wall. A large disgusting stain in one sink that will it come out. Crack in the tub surround. The garbage disposal smelled ran water in it and turned it on. It backed up into the sink. We what to plunge and plunge to get it cleared. The washer needs a good cleaning smells moldy. I did’t use it. The couch is ripped in the back and you can tell where it has been sewed several times. When we told the maintenance about it they said they knew about it.

We’ve stayed at Long Beach before, so the location was awesome. Just a few minor details….1) we never could get the tv in the living room to work with the 3 remotes! 2) I wished the bathtub in the master has a stopper so I could enjoy that big tub and relax. 3) I also wished the master bath had a wider shower curtain to adequately reach the sides. Other than those 3 ‘minor’ things, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Not worth the money
The location was nice plus the view from the bedrooms. We lost power for 2 hours during our stay and then for 20 minutes the next day. The sliding door going to the balcony was very hard to open, doors was rusted outside going to bedrooms. Overall not a neat or clean place

The condo
The condo was filthy. Mold and rust in and on the patio. The resort itself was clean. One elevator was down all week. It took all you had to try and open the sliding glass door to the patio due to the built up junk and filth in the tracks. We had our two month old granddaughter with us. We had to literally wipe everything down with Clorox before even bringing her in. Disappointed is an understatement. Those pictures are very deceiving. Would never recommend this condo to anyone. No toilet paper or paper towels. Not one roll Just to get us started. Such a shame.

Nice location, clean condo, only problem we had were one of the elevators wasn’t working well. Sliding glass door was hard to close, gap at top when we would close it but we started just using the doors in bedrooms which is very nice to have. Soft spots in floor in several spots but would love to stay again.
