Very clean rooms upon check-in. All appliances worked great. It’s right across the bay for quick access if you’re looking to go deep sea fishing with Capt. Anderson which I highly recommend. Easy access in and out. Great view of the ocean looking out the balcony, and easy access to the beach which takes less than a minute from your room, elevator and the pool and beach. I definitely recommend the Commodore and I plan on booking another stay next year.

Awesome Location!
I will start off by saying the location of this condo and the ocean view from the balcony are amazing! The end of Thomas Drive is the best place to stay in PCB! The condo is managed by iTrip/Price Morgan. Bathrooms were clean and had all the towels and washcloths that we needed. They also provide a box of trial size items in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap) and also the kitchen (dish soap, dish pods, kitchen wipes, sponge). The king size bed was also very comfortable. Our children did sleep on the sofa bed and it was poor quality but that is kind of to be expected for a sofa bed. With the good though also comes the bad, the condo needs some MAJOR updating. The carpet needs to be removed asap. Multiple stains in both the living room and bedroom. Carpet is also fraying and coming up where the tile meets the carpet in the dining/living area, you can see the carpet pad underneath. The kitchen cabinets are in desperate need of a painting and the appliances while useable are defiantly outdated. The only cooking sheet in the whole unit was a round pizza pan. I’d also suggest a coffee pot that takes coffee pods, we had to go buy ground coffee. The washing machine also did not work. We checked to make sure the water was on, we checked the breaker and no matter what setting we tried, it would not work. I would also recommend the owners to replace the box spring on the bed as it was ripped on both sides. Our stay was short but enjoyed regardless!

Location was great, right on the beach. Security guys we interacted with were super. They were nice and helpful and friendly. The unit itself was a bit dated. I would suggest they put something down on the carpet in bedroom to bathroom. We put a towel down to prevent stepping on the tack strip, really hurts the feet. Adequate kitchen although the stove could use new burner covers that fit to prevent everything running to one side of the pans. Ice machine was great, more than kept up with our needs. View was spectacular! We would stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed here in June of 2023 and a great experience! The Property Manager was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The room was as pictured, the location was very convenient and we had direct beach access. There were no complaints and we would stay again.

Renter Be Ware
I was very saddened to see the decline of that unit. We have rented at The Commodore for many years, when it was managed by The Commodore, and have always been satisfied. First and foremost, as you walk from the entry way to the den area, the carpet has pulled away from the tack strip. So much so that if I had been barefooted, I would have had a nail through my foot. To make matters worse, as I was going to write my review I saw where a couple of others had already complained about this issue many weeks ago. SHAME ON YOU for not repairing that. That's just pure negligence on your part. If a child should step on that barefooted, they would have a serious injury. One of the eyes on the stove is broken. The ice maker in the freezer had not been turned off and ice was all over the freezer. And apparently the freezer lost power at some point because it had melted and then refrozen on the freezer bottom. It took me a while to get that mess cleaned up. Not how I planned on spending my vacation. And whoever cleaned the refrigerator out didn't do a very good job since I found a half stick of butter left in the butter draw that had obviously been there for some time, from the looks of it. So why exactly do I have to pay a cleaning fee? In the master bathroom the towel rack on the shower door was broken and hanging down. The rack on the inside of the shower was missing all together except for the joint that keep gouging you unless you were very careful when in the shower. Needless to say, we will no longer be renting units at The Commodore. And I will be sure to let others know that it is no longer the nice place it used to be due to the fact that the new company that manages it really doesn't seem to care.

Love location!
For many years, my husband and I (and other family members) have stayed in the lower lagoon area and we absolutely love it! It is quieter, more family friendly and as close to St. Andrew's State Park as you can get, which we love. The Commodore is a great property! We were welcomed by a bag of several snacks and cute boxes of toiletries in the bathroom and a cute box of kitchen/laundry needs! As for the condo itself, it was very sufficient, just be aware going in that it is older decor....wall of mirrors, carpet. Our only gripe was the living area needs another floor lamp, and maybe another lamp, as well. Also, the area where carpet meets floor tile in the master bathroom has something that is poking if you are barefoot. A simple fix would be a strip laid down. You can't beat the wonderful location and excellent balcony view! We were disappointed that there was no lounger on the balcony (that is shown in the pictures) and new balcony furniture would be awesome! Also, a note, my cane fell off the balcony and one of the guards kindly helped my husband retrieve it! Service is great! No place like PCB, Lower Lagoon!🙂🙂🙂

Great views - terrible bed
We had a good stay here; service from the property manager was solid and everything was as advertised. The bed in the master however…was the worst bed I think I’ve ever slept in. It was floppy and broken down like it’s been there for a few decades. The pillows were hard as bricks (and I’ve slept on the ground with my head on my pack in faraway countries). Let’s face it, you’re not really using the condo for much else than sleeping and that’s tough to do in this one. I would 10/10 not stay here again unless the bed and pillows had been replaced, even though the balcony views were amazing and service was great.

Dated, not well maintained
1980s motif. Dirty shag carpet, mirrored wall, vertical blinds with slats missing or broken, sad bathrooms, tiny TV sets (which mattered more due to week-long t-storms), cheap furniture, pool has no shallow end for young children. But unit and building were fully functional, just not up to our expectations based on the price.
