Staff is always quick and friendly. One of our most frequently visited spots for PCB. First time visiting in the summer and wowzer! Lots of ppl and limited parking for hotel property. No smoking property but LOTS of smokers in nearby rooms causing our room to smell like smoke constantly. Breakfast line longer than normal and long elevator wait for 7th floor room. All minor inconveniences for the beach view provided from all rooms/floors of hotel. Pool always a good time for kids and adults alike. Even movie night by pool during summer stay! Overall good stay with minor issues.

I wasn’t going to be hard on review but by far was disappointed in several areas, I feel they need to be addressed. First and foremost, the staff, aside from the breakfast staff and a few of the ground maintenance staff, the rest were unprofessional, and mostly unwelcoming . in one day, staff entered my room three times to ask if I was checked out or checking out. No warning, just used a key and walked in. Makes me wonder how many times they entered when I wasn’t there. The front desk lady and younger man were giving me two different answers on most questions I had, to the point where we had it out a few times. It is posted everywhere that they don’t allow smoking on property, inconvenience for me as a smoker but I get it, however the staff smoked anywhere at anytime. Double standards don’t work, not even in late season. Its Florida, lots of palmetto bug but myself as well as other guests had more then a few visitors including other unknown bugs. Parking was great once I was notified where overflow lot was, which was day two of my stay. Despite being understaffed, the breakfast staff were amazing and probably the best thing about this hotel,. Pool and bar, pirates and mermaids were great. I will not be returning to this hotel, wish it would have played out differently, as my free time for Vacation is scarce these days. Good luck.

Everything was clean when arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and all rooms face the beach. The views are beautiful in the morning and the evening. Will definitely stay again !

From the moment we arrived where Mary (Byrd maybe) at the front desk helped us out, and let us check in early because rooms were available, the whole stay was a great experience. Normally we do an Air BnB and have been to Panama City Beach more than 10 times over the last 15 years. This by far was one of our favorite visits. Although the breakfast was average as compared to some places, it was edible and served by a nice staff and was a welcome surprise. Beach was close by, pool was great, there were drinks available at the lobby whenever you wanted, staff was nice and personable, the location was ideal with close proximity to food and gift stores. Just a good overall trip for our family. We loved it. Thanks Mary for letting us check in early as she could have made us wait a few more hours!!!

Staff friendly but we had roaches in our room. Our microwave wouldn't turn off or open back up once we tried to warm up food. Management changed our room an no water pressure in different room. Management gave us a discount but i was kinda disappointed still.
