We found the property in a brilliant location, the shuttle was easy to use. The room on arrival had several cobwebs in and mould on the roof but the room overall was nice and given it was just to sleep in was ok. It was a little small though (room).

Overall this hotel is suitable for what was required, rest between Disney days. However hotel felt run down in the rooms and not the cleanest. Maid left smelly cloth in our room and didnā€™t clear any of the cups away from previous night. Average for what you pay for

I had seen some not good reviews about this hotel the day before we came and I was dreading it but I can not fault it at all. The staff were really friendly, locker spaces given for our bags before check in so we could go to the Disney park. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of food options. Play area indoor for children with one door in and out with seating so you can watch the children play whilst you eat, outdoor park was good, arcades and laser tag there, there was a big sweet shop inside also! The shop doesnā€™t have much in it at all so make sure you have what you need or itā€™s very expensive and limited but this was expected. Check in and check out was simple. Bus stop right outside to get the free shuttle to the park and magic shuttle available to get back to the airport. Swimming pool with slides is open until 11pm, canā€™t use the pool on day of check out but can use all other facilities so really useful if you are flying home that day but need something to do for a few hours upon checking out, we had our dinner there and my little one played in the play area and park for hours! We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return in a few months time. Thank you so much to all of the friendly staff for a really enjoyable stay!

The hotel has all the needs for kids , we went with a 7 year old and 13 year old and.the arcades and pool area were perfect , choice of restaurants were good , free shuttle to disneyland is great too

Son was sick in the night rang reception and went down to reception for some cleaning products. Told to come back at 8am not helpful at all. Pool freezing & showers at pool to cold to use.

The overall amenities were nice and the distance to Disneyland is great. However, the bunkbeds in the family rooms had bed bugs. After a nights sleep, my son woke up covered in bites. After checking the area of the bed, a few bed bugs were discovered and front desk was notified. Unfortunately, the time we called in the evening they did not have room attendants available to remove or change the beds. They offered a bag for me to pick up myself to contain the sheets and whatever else I found with bed bugs. It was an awful experience for my child to spend his birthday. He was miserable and covered in welts and bites which I had showed the front desk as well. No other accommodations were made other than a sorry for your inconvenience. We are flying out to seek medical attention.

The hotel was average as there was nothing exciting about it. Children Area: The children's indoors adventure play area was small, dangerous and dirty and it doesn't have much to offer. The adventure playground outside was alright but small and not suitable for all the children. There was no staff outside to ensure that there are no safeguarding issues. Likewise in the indoor adventure play area, there are no staff available to complain about issues identified with the play area which appears dangerous and the children using it were complaining about it. The arcade for the children was expensive and there were not much for the kids to do. The hotel was meant for family but yet not much was available for the children to do. Food: The food provider in the hotel was expensive and average and not much was on offer. The breakfast offered was alright but not much variety on offer. Entertainment: There was no entertainment on offer for the family to make staying at the hotel fun. Staying at the hotel was boring considering it's near Disney park.

All though we didnā€™t spend much time in the hotel, the hotel was clean & tidy & had plenty for everyone to do while staying! All the staff were very happy to help & also interacted really well with the kids!

The amenities for the kids are great and the bed was decent. The AC in the room was filthy, when we called to ask why it didnā€™t work, they said AC only functions in the suites! So we opened the window and turned on the fan, which cooled off the room. But since there are no screens in France all kinds of bugs started flying in the window.. we had 2 moths, small flies and a mosquito hawk living in the room. It was convenient to Disney. The towels did not smell good. I would stay again but I guess upgrade for a suite cuz I need AC and hate bugs.

Perfect family base for Disney!
Perfect family base for Disneyland Paris! Amazing facilities for children with a pool, waterslides, adventure playground, arcade, soft play and much more on site. We had a really lovely stay. Shuttle service to Disney was busy but frequent and a good service. If you drive you can park for free at the Disney parks by showing your room key wallet - a massive perk for us! Only issue we had was our room lost electric a couple of times - always sorted by reception/maintenance as soon as possible and hardly affected our stay! We would definitely stay again as a base for our Disney holidays, due to the facilities for children I honestly think it is a better base than the Disney onsite hotels!
