When we checked in the family room at noon as the Expedia confirmation said, the staff told me the room needed to be cleaned and check-in could only be done after 2pm. In the evening we got our key card from reception and entered the room. We found that the room was not made clean, the bed was messed up and there was eaten pizza on the table šŸ˜£ I asked the staff for help and they gave me another room in the next building. We were exhausted moving all our belongings and the baby to another room, but unfortunately when we opened the door we discovered that the new room was not the family room. There was only one double bed in the roomšŸ˜– I asked the staff for help again! ! ! After moving twice, I can finally have a clean family roomšŸ˜¤

Stay here 2 nights and that was enough. The room is a room with just beds. No trash can, no shelves or any amenities. Cleaning in room was horrible. Found pubic hair in the shower. Would not stay there again, even if someone wanted to pay me.
