Abode at Motherlode is a luxury condominium perfectly suited for your group of four, with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

As you enter your rental you will be greeted with a comfortable living area and a gas fireplace to provide ambiance to make you feel at home. The kitchen and breakfast bar offer a perfect place to cook and fuel up for your next activity. Best place yet
We have rented several places in Park City but this unit was the best yet. Super clean and well appointed. A fully equipped kitchen where you could easily sit 10 for dinner between the table and bar. Nice views over the valley. Right in town but on a quiet side street very near the Town Lift. The concierge staff from Abode was very attentive for any questions via text or email. We would definitely rent again!!

Great stay last week! Proximity to the Town Lift and restaurants was excellent. No complaints, but anyone who stays should know that this is the top unit that can be accessed from Park Ave (several flights of stairs) or from Woodside Ave. It was a bit easier if you have luggage or skis to access the condo from Woodside Ave.

Great location!
We ski in Park City every year and this location was one of the best! It is right across from one of our favorite pizza restaurants, Davanza's, a couple blocks from Town Lift, one street over from Main St. so easy access to all the night life. The condo was beautiful with all the stained glass windows, lovely fireplace and very well appointed. We ate in half the time and had a wonderful kitchen to cook in. It was very clean and charming! We would definitely stay there again!

Great location!! Cozy place & well equipped!
My husband and I just enjoyed a week long stay over the Christmas holiday. The condo was the perfect choice for our needs, just a short walk to Main Street for dining and shopping (literally a stones throw away) and also a 2 minute walk to the town lift and bus stop to get you to Park City Mountain or Deer Valley for a day of skiing which was very convenient! The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for the week to be comfortable and had all kitchen essentials for cooking. The fireplace in the living room was cozy and the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing. I would note, the condo is on the top floor of the building so the stairs may be challenging for some (especially with full ski gear on & carrying skis!) but there is another short set of stairs at the back of the unit which is where I would recommend parking if you have a car and/or luggage to unload. You will have to drive around to Woodside Ave behind the condo as Park Ave becomes a one way. We did have one issue during our stay, but the Abode team is a text message away and very quick to respond to anything you need! We would definitely recommend the condo and will stay there again given the opportunity.

Home Away from Home
I rented this place for two weeks with the hopes of exploring and decompressing! This perfectly located and cozy spot allowed me to do just this. The condo is a few doors down from High West and a 5 minute walk to the town lift. It was clean, had comfortable mattresses and linens. The kitchen had everything needed for a night in of cooking. The couch, big tv and fireplace made for a great space to relax with a glass of wine. Also, the quick and easy communication with property manager was impressive. I will likely be staying here again!

Wonderful place with a great location!
This is the perfect place to stay in Park City. Walking distance to historic downtown with great shops and dining. Very close to beautiful hiking trails. One thing to note: Park in the lot behind the unit. It's a very short walk down 6 steps to the back door of the unit.

Great location
This property is in a great location and on the top floor allowing for great views and lots of light. The stairs were not a problem as there is parking behind the building and it puts you on the same level as the side entrance (don’t lug your luggage up the small internal flights of stairs as we did). The only thing I would change is the mattress in the bedroom with the adjoining bathroom was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced (sunken and squishy in the middle) for a couple.

The property management company is absolutely fantastic, very responsive and nice. The unit is clean, inviting, cozy, and comfortable. The unit also has a lot of stairs, and upper windows that have motion flood lights on the outside that the neighbors would set off every morning. So the master bedroom would be filled with light. Good stay, great location, great management company.

Beautiful Condo close to EVERYTHING
It's my second time staying at this condo and both times have been amazing. Beautiful property with great views of Park City. Just walked down Woodside behind the unit to hop on Town Lift run and head up the mountain. I love staying right in Old Town with all the great shops and restaurants.

Very nice unit close to Town lift.
Walk to all restaurants and stores. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Covered parking is under the building and there is extra parking on the backside of the building not is not covered. This unit is on the top floor which is nice for views. You can see the town lift from the Kitchen window. I would love to stay here again.

Outstanding location. Our first trip to Park City and definitely will not be our last. Could not have asked for a better condo. Location was central making it easy to access downtown during our stay. The walk to the Town lift was under 5 minutes (which was awesome) Layout and decor of the condo was perfect. Overall great experience.

We had a great time in Park City and the condo was perfectly located. May not have been ideal for 2 ladies over 50 with asthma who over packed but once we made it to the condo it was awesome.
