No hot water in my room the water was very warm and no remote control with my t.v. i stayed in room 319 them could do better then that.. keep ppl nice in their room..i will not stay there no more.. i told the man at the front desk he told me its the boiler not pushing out hot water.. so ppl pay money to stay at this hotel..no hot water..wow

Everything broken
This was a terrible hotel. Their room key maker wasn’t working, the room was freezing and It didn’t heat up until 2am. They made me give a $100 deposit even though they had no extra towels, the toilet handle and seat was broken, and the drawers had no bottoms. There were refugees, bad coffee and police kept coming to the hotel. And it was like a maze. We were on the 4th floor, yet the elevator only went to the second floor! I will never stay here again.

I stayed there for a full week and had no hot water than they switched my room and than the water faucet for the bathtub was broken. Overall this was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. Then the cleaning staff was soooooo rude they were mocking me when I said come later for room service. I I’ll tell all my friends and family to never go there even if they have to sleep in the car.

The bed itself was fine. The rest of the hotel was crazy. There was metal sticking out of the ceiling. The entire building seemed to be in disrepair. The front desk was not compassionate or helpful. They acted very straightforward, everything just business, and when the transaction was done they went back to acting like you weren’t there. The saving grace was one of the maintenance guys was very friendly to me - I had missed breakfast and felt about to pass out and he went and got me some food from the kitchen after it had been put away. The front desk guy just pretended to ask the kitchen staff and then said he couldn’t do anything (he literally went and stood in the corner behind the desk where I couldn’t see him, waited 30 seconds, then came back out and said he couldn’t help me). Overall the pictures do not show how the building feels. They need to build a new building. And the ac/heater didn’t shut off at the target temp, on ‘auto’, it just kept rattling on all through the night.
