Room 102 was filled with roaches, saw 8-10 roaches on the evening. We had to check out at 1am and find another hotel

Very disappointing!
Stay was not very good, checking was slow, there were a dozen or so people drinking and eating in the lobby area, very loud and busy. Front desk was a nice man but difficult to understand, no the best start. The room was basic, but had one of those adjoining room doors and there was another party in that went until almost 2am, very loud. A called front desk to get them to quiet down. Then finally walls at so thin all night we heard a man snoring very loudly next door, had to turn in the tv to drown out the sounds. We got maybe 2-3 hours sleep. It was a it a good stay, can’t wait to check out fast! Very disappointed

Not what we expected... especially with the ratings. It seemed as though they are struggling financially or just don’t have enough staff. Our first room had not been cleaned… toilet paper wasn’t restocked in ladies room near lobby. The second room was decent, but the hotel just seems run down in general. Today I learned you get what you pay for…

Nice comfortable place to stay
Great place to spend the night. Room had a very c9mfortable bed and pillows. Large spacious room and bathroom. AC worked great. Room contained a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, juices, breads, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, sausage rounds, egg eounds, and yogurt. The hotel smelled nice and seemed clean. The lady at checkin was pleasant and friendly. No one was at the desk when we signed out but there was a place for key drops.
