Was a great place to stay overnight! Liked the back porch/patio and little green common area. We walked to dinner and felt comfortable doing so. Breakfast was good. Had everything we needed for a short stay. We would stay there again! No surprise charges such as resort fees!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue getting into Direct TV and the gal at the front desk came to our room to try to figure it out. Initially she couldn't figure out what was wrong and offered us to upgrade to a different room. Since we had unpacked everything and we really weren't that attached to watching TV, we declined her generous offer. In the end she fgured out the glitch with the TV.

It was average. Carpets need to be replaced! Baseboards were peeling paint. The shower and bath were clean and so was the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable but metal box underneath was annoying. Constantly hitting toes on it and it would make a noise. Pillows were awful. It was fine for a one night stay. The lady at registration was very nice.

Wasn't told about breakfast at check-in. Was given a room on 2nd level and when asked for a first floor room, clerk was a bit snotty. Decent room for the discounted price and great location within Payson.

Absolutely amazing one of the few places that I was very happy with me and my significant other spent my birthday here it's close to everything you need or want but you can't hear all the hustle and bustle even though it's right on 260 going into Payson we are very happy with all of it thank you

Expedia said it was pet friendly, but no where did they explain there was a charge for my pet till i checked in. I think they need to spell that out on the internet. I would have stayed at the motel 6 if I would have known the charges before I booked.
