The property is OK for the price, the staff is ultra friendly but I wouldn't recommend it for any family wanting to have rest at night during the weekend. The bar next door to the hotel has live music until 1.00 am and sometimes it is really loud that it sounds like someone has a really loud speaker INSIDE the room. Then lot of drunk people chatting/drinking/laughing in the corridor of the hotel making it really hard to sleep and waking up our 4 year old daughter.

Great location, the hotel super clean. Rehab on what appears to be an old motel type place but done nicely room super small but it was reasonably priced… bikes, kayaks and paddle boards great addition also the fire pit!

Decent for the money. The hotel is a bit dated but we didn't care since we stayed one night. Pool is quaint but small for the amount of guests. We didn't like the people smoking in the breezeways. Overall it was ok. I will say the front desk staff are very nice.

Hotel is a DEAL
I love the location near the bay and close to the beach. The amenities such as a hot breakfast, free kayaks and beautiful views make this a deal. It is also pet friendly! I can’t get over this hotel and its cuteness. I will be back!

Motel with a friendly Staff!
The staff is extremely nice and helpful. This Motel has a lot of potential but could definitely use some TLC / Upgrades. The description definitely needs to read motel not hotel so the expectations are not set for higher standards when you arrive. I was definitely disappointed when I got there. The staff definitely makes this place.

We liked the free kayaks and the bay access. The location is excellent and it is quiet. The people at the reception were wonderful and the breakfast service was very good. I would visit this hotel again. Good value.

The floor and trash can were filthy and sheets questionable (felt sand). Pillow cases course. Freezer in refrigerator frozen over and we were unable to fit leftover boxes.complained to front desk. They were nice and said they would come in and clean. Never happened during our 3 night stay.

First - Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room/bed/floor/bathroom within the control of staff are clean and acceptable. Location is right at Bay side and right cross within walkable distance from beautiful whit sand beach and Gulf Pier. Bike, Kayak are free. Free BF is acceptable and similar to regular BF. Price is fair considering with free bike/kayak and at Bay. However, this is a motel facility, and not a hotel so do not have wrong expectations.
