We recently stayed at QT Perth. We found the room to be very clean and well maintained. However, we found staff at check in to be lacking - no information was provided regarding the wifi password and the gym and any other facilities. This information was not provided in the room either. Security and breakfast staff were not the friendliest. The lighting in our room was very dark. We found the hotel tacky and weird. We will not be returning.

On arrival we we're told our room was upgraded with was very exciting. From a queen to a king with spa bath. Was super comfy staying here 2 nights. Was absolutely fantastic! And the pools are amazing too!

"The staff here were fantastic, we arrived early and were able to check in as our room was ready. The lady on the front counter was very friendly and welcoming. We had the King room which was big and spacious. The hotel is close by to eateries and bars and has a rooftop bar with 360 degrees views. ..."

"The property was not the newest, but everything was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable with down pillows and duvets. The staff are very friendly and the pool was fantastic with our kids. When we were there, they were just installing brand-new gym equipment."
