The guest can access the studio room and courtyard. There is a washing machine and dryer in a common area. The upstairs apartment is not available unless booked by the guest as part of the agreement. Contact us if you would like to book the upstairs apartment as well!

The resort, located on the iconic Mandurah Canals, boasts not only incredible views, amenities such as boat docks, water access, onsite Spa, swimming pools and lush gardens but you are just a short stroll to the amazing array of restaurants, bars and entertainment on offer on the Mandurah foreshore.

Summer sees long evenings drinking cocktails, cruising up and down the waterways and enjoying the buzz of this holiday town while the cooler months offer the warmth and comfort of local bars and restaurants, movie and theatre performances. Something for all ages and interests.

This studio apartment is ideal for two, a small and well equipped kitchenette is available, there is a washing machine and laundry facilities available, and as a special extra, enjoy your own private alfresco dining area where you can take advantage of the peaceful garden views.

While this sleeps two in a queen bed, this is a STUDIO apartment. Travel cot can be organised by arrangement. Strictly no pets, no smoking and no parties permitted in this unit.

This unit is self-contained however, if you have a larger party wanting to book, there is also a one bedroom unit, listed separately but can be booked together if available. The two units share a central entrance and laundry area but each has their own private door entry making these separate apartments as required.

Mandurah has a reliable public transport system, including buses and trains. The local bus network is operated by Transperth and connects different areas of Mandurah, making it easy to get around. The 588 bus runs from Mandurah Station to Halls Head, with stops at various locations in between. Taxis and Ride-Share Services:

Taxis and ride-share services are also available in Mandurah, providing a convenient and comfortable way to travel. Some of the popular taxi companies in the area include Mandurah Taxis and Coastal Cabs. For ride-share services, you can use apps such as Uber or Ola.

Car Rental:

If you prefer to drive, car rental services are available in Mandurah. Some of the popular car rental companies in the area include Avis, Budget, and Hertz. This is a good option if you want to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace.

This cozy, standard studio offers a comfortable queen bed, climate control, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, microwave, and ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer. Enjoy a desk, LCD TV, and free WiFi.

The room includes an undercover car park and a patio with outdoor seating. Please note, our carparks were built to older standards, so larger vehicles like modern cars and 4WDs may find it tight. Limited overflow parking is available out front.

Before You Book - Key Information:

Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for all guests to cover unexpected travel changes. Our cancellation policy is strict, and insurance can provide refunds for cancellations not covered by us.

NDIS Friendly: We offer properties and potential support services for families with specific needs. Please inquire for details.

Booking Details:

Rental Agreement & ID: Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, separate from Airbnb verification.

Security Deposit: Required, authorized separately. Airbnb approved.

Last Minute Bookings: Guests booking within 3 days must send a selfie with their credit card for additional security.

Public Holiday Surcharge: Reservations from Jan 9, 2023, face a 50% cleaning fee surcharge if checking out on a public holiday.

Booking Tax: From Nov 12, 2023, a $22 booking tax applies for guest and identity validation.

Guest Access & House Rules:

Property Access: Guests have full access. Service personnel access may be required for maintenance, with efforts made to minimize inconvenience.

Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No discounts or refunds for maintenance issues.

Occupancy: Only confirmed guests are permitted.

Noise Detector: Ensures safety and comfort by monitoring sound levels without compromising privacy.
