Coastal Poolside guest suite in beautiful Kinross

Guests have exclusive use of the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom self-contained suite, which is a completely private subsection of our main residence, in which guests can relax and feel at ease in this safe and welcoming roomy space.

Guests have exclusive use of a cosy alcove alongside a grapefruit tree, to relax with a morning coffee, or can also enjoy the stunning pool and spacious pergola area, shared with the host family.

A short 4 minute drive to the beach or 25 minute walk.

THE SPACE

The self contained suite is a completely private sectioned off area of our main residence, which is a secure, exclusive use area to yourselves.

The host family resides in the other completely seperate section of the property.

The private 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite includes a cosy lounge area, dinning and kitchenette - This fully equipped suite is thoughtfully styled and comes with all the amenities you need for a fabulous stay, including:

A comfortable queen and double bed, made with quality fresh bed linen.
Ensuite bathroom.
A comfy lounge and dinning area.
A compact kitchenette that includes a microwave, large capacity airfryer, toaster, kettle, sandwich press and mini fridge. Stocked with cutlery and dishware, and some cooking staples, ideal for preparing basic meals.

Enjoy a coffee in the morning? Well you’re in luck! The kitchenette also has an automatic DeLonghi Magnifica S Coffee machine that makes THE BEST coffee!

A dishwasher is available in the laundry.

Please note: the property has a kitchenette only, no kitchen sink, stove or oven. There is a bbq available for use.

Additionally a collapsible kitchen sink and dishrack is also available for use in the bathroom or laundry sink, with dishcloth and detergent provided.

A private ensuite bathroom stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, fresh towels and flannels.

Air conditioning and heating, ensuring year-round comfort. Fast, free wireless internet, Flat-screen TV with Netflix additionally, DVD player with a selection of movies, including lots of kids movies, board games and books.

Laundry Facilities - with washing machine and dryer for exclusive use between 8am and 5pm excluding Sundays. Benchtop dishwasher in laundry for exclusive use from 8am to 9pm. Laundry powder and dishwashing tablets are also provided.

Prime location - a range of cafe's and grocery stores just a short stroll away. Only a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk to stunning Burns Beach. Sit and enjoy a delicious breakfast and coffee at Sista’s Café while the kids play in the beachside playground. Want to explore the City – no problem when Currambine train station is only a 15 minute walk, where the train will take you directly to Perth CBD or stunning Elizabeth Quay, where you can hop on the ferry across to gorgeous South Perth or transfer to Fremantle line.

Shared Amenities - While the suite offers a private retreat and sitting alcove, you'll also have access to shared outdoor spaces:

Please note - Children must be supervised in the pool at all times. There are security cameras around the front and back garden areas and the pool and pergola area.
