Situated on a 5 acre property, just a 30 minute drive from Mandurah. This beautifully renovated 3x2 home will have you believing you're secluded in the country with all the convenience of its close proximity to Mandurah and Perth.

This unique home inspired by American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, is a mirrored duplex and is neighboring our family home. You will likely be greeted by the woof of our small friendly Pomeranian, Pandora and brush from our ragdoll Ziggy.

This rustic cottages living and kitchen area looks out over the pool and paddocks, where you can see your horses dining and introducing themselves to Banjo, Monty and Mustang (Our horses). 3 bedrooms with queen beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a powder room this well-designed house boasts high ceilings with exposed rafters. The large barn style kitchen has a large 900mm freestanding oven, stove top and even a Nespresso coffee machine to help you prepare for your day.

Shaped like a beehive opening windows sees a steady flow of air throughout the home, with split system air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. For those chilly winter nights a large fireplace takes the stage in the living room.

Heading outdoors, a wrap-around alfresco area overlooks the pool and paddocks, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. The property offers full access to the garden and pool ensuring your kids entertainment. As this is a communal area shared with our family, guests are encouraged to be respectful. Our children Oliver (7) and Milla (5), are excited to make new friends so we encourage guests to let their children introduce themselves.

For horse enthusiasts, there's an opportunity to bring up to 6 horses for your stay with consultation. Enjoy rides directly from the property or explore nearby areas. The local Thorny Devil Brewery, just a few hundred meters away, even offers horse parking!

Overall, our property provides a perfect blend of modern comfort, natural beauty and equestrian-friendly amenities, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking a peaceful yet engaging experience.

There is guest parking under the carport at the end of the driveway which is suitable for 2 cars. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles.

A large area is also provided for suitable horse float parking to the right side of the drive.

Upon arrival the guest house is the entry door on the right hand side with a lock box.

Guests have access to the communal pool and right garden at the rear of the car port.

Paddock access is permitted with consultation only. Please ensure children are supervised at all times in the pool area or if around the paddocks.
