The Space:
Homestead on Eighty by Tiny Away is nestled in the serene suburbs of Baldivis, just a 35-minute drive from the bustling city of Perth. Here, the tranquil ambiance of the city harmoniously blends with the charm of soft-sand beaches, scenic parks, vibrant street art, cozy small bars, and innovative restaurants.

It's one Baldvis's most peaceful holiday homes, located near Safety Bay, Cape Peron, and Port Kennedy, all offering breathtaking ocean views and pristine beaches. Plus, we're near Rockingham Beach, known for its long golden sands and fun activities like j and beach volleyball, is just a short distance away.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that there are shared areas for guests staying in the holiday homes, but each guest will have their own separate space.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and around 3-4 acres of land. In our fenced paddock, we have two resident highland miniature cows and one horse, all of whom are incredibly friendly.

Homestead on Eighty sits the rural locality of Baldivis, Western Australia, just a 35-minute drive from Perth. What's more, we are just a stone's throw away from the charming towns of Rockingham, Port Kenedy, and Secret Harbour, each beckoning with their own unique allure and coastal delights.

- Safety Bay is a coastal suburb known for its sheltered beaches and calm waters, making it ideal for swimming, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and other water sports. 
- Cape Peron is a scenic headland situated within the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park near Rockingham. It offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding coastline.
- Shoalwater is a coastal suburb renowned for its stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and watersports such as snorkeling, diving, and kayaking. Nearby Penguin Island, where they can spot penguins, dolphins, and more.
- Rockingham Beach is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, with activities such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, and beach volleyball. The foreshore precinct is lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a vibrant hub for dining and entertainment.

By car:

By public transport:

- Bus services run close to my property.
- Bus, Uber, and taxi services are available in my property.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets is not allowed
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny home; only in designated areas
- Please note that the separate part of the property is used for caravans
- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone have good signals. While the rest have weak signals
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
