Stayed at this hotel when it was the Hyatt. SO much better now that it Residence at Langley. Once the refurb is complete and maybe room service allocated - snacks etc offered this will be on par with the Duxton. Really looking forward to our next stay and would recommend. Thank you.

For the cost of the hotel I don’t expect stained carpets and repairs on walls to be unfinished / unpainted. A small irritation was also the $200 deposit rather than just keeping credit card on file and lighting - difficult to do makeup with the mirror so far away and dim lighting in room where other mirrors are.

The new signage was not yet up when we stayed so it was hard to find the entrance. Google Maps was still saying the wrong business name at the time. But the staff were very helpful to help us find it and had great service for are entire stay.

The rooms have no breeze .. very stuffy and hot and even with a.c on for hours .. still wake up sweating and it was 12 °c last night. Was cooler and more refreshing to go outside.
