Checking in was disgraceful! I was told room not ready so i asked if i can pay, no but will phone when its ready! Still waiting but deduct money for room! Eventually checking in and not explained properly that the door keys doesn’t work and have to go to level one every time you want to enter the room to get an employee to open your door! Didn’t even know it was a public holiday on the Monday! We tried calling the reception to find out for restaurant bookings, no answer and rang out! Had to complete a form with 3 options for room attendance, and they havent even attended one day and had to go back to reception to get housekeeping in to at least change our towels! The telly couldnt even go to chromecast in order to watch anything else other than normal telly! We booked parking and on the Monday one of the employees came down to take a photo of our car rego, why still unclear! Have two lights for reading by the bed and hit my head against it twice - not very safe! Staff not very friendly - check in young lady was talking to me as if Im dumb, then another guy who took the photo of our car rego never smiles and looks unfriendly, even to scared to ask for anything! The employees doesn’t explain to the guest properly about the key card access as we found other guests who didn’t know either and we had to explain to them! Didn’t even get a discount for the inconvenience of the key cards! The only good things are the view and electronic doors. When check out the guy was friendly!
