After a long travel with 2 seperate flights and by car for starting from 04:00 am till 21:00 I reached to the hotel.
By chance ; the visa card I have with me, needs bank authorisation via our company's bank account branch and have no STG available with me. I wanted to pay USD$, but the staff said NO STG, NO ROOM.. I pleased her, at this time of the day there is no place to exchange the USD to STG, and the branch is close at the moment..
I pleased her and forced her to ask her manager/owner for the situation ; whether I pay early in the morning (tomorrow), I pay with USD$, or leave my passport or else.. You know what they replied.. "Sorry, NO STG, NO ROOM".
This is not Hospitality, this is not tourism... Reservation is done via Expedia, and I'am not just a passing through customer...
At night about ~24:00 o'clock in my country, I did wake up a member of my family and asked her help... About 35-40 minutes of waiting we solve the card problem via internet/call center.. Then once the payment of room is done then I get the rooms key..
So many motivational proverbs on the walls, but no sypathy, empathy, and just saying "NO STG, NO ROOM, sorry "..
I'am really sorry for this mentallity....
