So many fun things to do! We did skiing, zip lining, horse back riding. All activities were amazing including the staff. All resort staff was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable as well. We loved the Jacuzzi and the fire place. We will definitely be back! ā˜ŗļø

I liked the idea of a ski resort, the problem I had was I would ask questions like how would I get to a certain activity. And they would give me a run around like take the shuttle which only goes to the parking lot and to the one lift for skiiers not where I was going. The part I didn't like the most was when there was a emergency about iferpofen. In the middle of the night. And I went to the front desk and the person gave me the pre-recorded answer which was. Not until the morning when the gift shop opens. It was a rough night. Let's just say, nice place if you don't have problems for questions about the place.

This is a great place for a vacation anytime of the year. The only negative I could say would be that there wasnā€™t any ski classes during the middle of the week. Kinda hindered my kids learning on the days we chose to go on vacation.

Wonderful hotel with so much to do. They have a great staff throughout the resort The Sky Bridge is a must see. Close to Boyne City and Petoskey but you never really need to leave. There is so much to do! We've been there twice and will be back.

Got in early (12 noon'ish) so had to wait on room. No worries. Offered me library to work and THEN came and found me (after i got the text) to hand deliver my key. Great service!
