My first experience at this property was not a stellar one, and I was reluctant to stay here again but needed to as my preferred picks were sold out. My second stay was improved but not top notch - I find the rooms very hot/hard to sleep in because of noise and I find it very strange that you can’t use the stairs to get in and out of the hotel lobby. Some items I did really enjoy were the free water bottles and fill stations, the friendly staff, and guest necessities closet

The hotel lobby and room were very clean. The staff were extremely nice. The bathroom was extremely small and tight and the space between the inside bed and wall was very tight and narrow. I am a smaller size individual and those spaces were tight I’m not sure if a larger size person would be able to move around without limitations. The bathroom size and spacing between the bed and wall should be made known when listing a description of the room.

Stayed here many times to travel to watch Eagles games. Great selection of cafes/bars/eating places and always top service at this hotel. Near all the best shopping on Rittenhouse or Liberty place across the street. Very walkable to most places on the tourist trails.

Within steps of dining/shops and a short walk from Suburban Station, CQ was surprisingly quiet for a centrally located hotel. I had a great dinner at JJ Thai and a fine salad at Le Pain Quotidian. Diverse cuisine surrounds, and upscale groceries/wine are at the Italian food emporium on Chestnut. Staff are polite and friendly, arrival to departure. A great stay.

I thought that the hotel was very good. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff was outstanding in their attention and responsiveness, especially Chantel and Dermot. The only hesitation I have is that I didn’t realize that room service wasn’t automatic and that I had to request it. I ended up not having clean glasses or, a bed made during my stay because I neglected to request. But that feels like a small issue compared to the overall quality of this stay.
