Great stay and location
We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Staff was super nice, rooms were tidy and quiet. Easy walk to downtown or the art museums. Nice variety of shops. Very close to our favorite gluten free bakery! Will be back!

I love Club Quarters and usually stay there when I'm in Philly. The neighborhood is coming back to life post pandemic and it's extremely convenient. My only criticism is that the room--especially the bathroom -- needed to be repainted and refreshed. It was well used and the surfaces show a lot of nicks and wear. Otherwise it's great value for money and perfect for business travelers.

When I come to Philadelphia, I always try to stay at Club Quarters. The place feels like home, and everyone is so wonderful and helpful. Several have even remembered me when I returned! Hot coffee 24/7, along with sparkling water is an extreme plus. I encourage everyone to visit, as long as you save me one room!

I needed a place to stay at the last minute so I booked this hotel. If you need something reasonably priced and relatively clean, this might work for you. But if you want quiet rooms, nicely updated rooms, a modern bathroom befitting the 21st century that is bigger than a closet, look elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed with my one night stay. The room are clean but woefully outfitted with outdated and very, very cheap furniture. Guests in an adjacent room began their day at 5:15 am and I could clearly hear their conversations. It was loud enough to wake me up ant after a few frustrating minutes, I went to the lobby to request that they lower their voices. A security person accompanied me upstairs and took care of the noisy guests right away. Then the bathroom: tiny, tiny,tiny and cheap, cheap, cheap. Honestly, 3 star hotels like The Comfort Inn and Days Inn are remarkably much nicer and much bigger. I won’t stay at this hotel and if you choose to, manage your expectations.

Cleanliness was a disaster, bathroom not clean with black hair all over the shower head (I am blond), stains on the shower curtain.. Staff depending who you are dealing with, might be good or bad, overheard a staff member complaining about me telling my issues. But it is in a perfect location for shopping, dining out and plublic transport.

Club Quarters is my go-to hotel in Philadelphia (and DC). The price point is generally reasonable, it has a central location in center city, the rooms are clean, the mattress is comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. I don't spent a lot of time in my hotel room, so my requirements are not exceedingly fancy. This is a perfectly comfortable hotel. A Demont at the front desk is an outstanding member of the staff.
