Stay was good. Check in was delayed but sometimes that happens. Our toilet was not flushing from min we got there. Husband finally plunged in on 2nd day for about 2 hours. Used bathroom in lobby

I was charged $27 a day for parking. I checked in on Saturday at 1130 and checked out the next morning at 0800. I do not agree with a 2nd day parking fee. I was not even there or parked for 24 hours!!!!! The hotel room was not clean, there weren't any extra blankets, the closet door kept sliding off track.

Unfortunately the only convenient thing about this hotel is that it was located near the stadium for the football game. It clearly gets used very hard and beat up. The rooms are not kept up with. There were no sheets or pillows for the sofa beds and definitely not comfortable at all. Toilet kept running all night, no sort of maintenance seemed to have been performed regularly. Very uncomfortable and not worth the money spent to stay close to the stadium. Lesson learned.

The breakfast buffet was good, there were healthy choices available. The room had a king size bed, a sofa bed and a mini kitchen. For what we wanted, I was very pleased. We were going to a show at Stage AE And the property was only a five minute walk away. I would definitely book there again.

Check in was excellent! Employee was so helpful with information about the area, places to eat and direction to our destination. Such a great experience! The room was nice, clean, but a little banged up. The sink was cracked, but didn’t hinder our stay. Breakfast was great.

Would stay again
Check in was easy, front desk was respectful, parking lot easy accessible. The room was clean, bigger than expected. The kitchen was great with new appliances. The only issue I had with the room was that bathroom wasn’t unkept. Drywall had been wet in multiple places & was pealing. Whoever did the last bit of work on it rushed it and it just looked like a motel when entering it. The pool was small but kids still had a blast. The breakfast was mediocre, did not consume the hot food after trying. I’m sure the waffles were standard and edible as well as the oatmeal. The other breakfast items were standard and what we went with. Overall I would stay here again, the price was fair. Pittsburgh is a tricky place to navigate through, and this location is no different. It’s conveniently located downtown however.
