We very impressed with the hotel friendly staff Ready to help. The shuttle driver went out of his way both picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. We were leaving on an international flight and not being from the area and having problems with out tickets. He took over and helped to correct our problem.looking forward to returning after vacation to visit same hotel..

Didn’t get any sleep. Rowdy guests were loud till after 4 am. Called front desk and said couldn’t do anything and had to speak to manager the next morning at 10 we needed to check out before then. Told law enforcement and security called but didn’t help

Upon entering room keycard never worked changed key during school at and it was not near my phone staff was not able to enter room so moved us to new room. Maintenance had to do something for the new room access then air stop working and had to move to a new room. . Very frustrating I had to keep going down to the hotel lobby constantly
