It was comfortable. What I didn't like: It needs an upgrade. The chairs in the dining area had stains on them. They were clean-these were permanent stains. The carpet in the facility was old and faded. The hotel was quiet and had its charm-I would go back. But it really needs a make-over.

We had a rough night of travel but once we arrived they were soo friendly and got us in our room quickly. On a hot day the room was cold and the cookies were warm. :) great quiet moment after a long day!

very nice stay enjoyed it a lot. The room was very big, you got both a living room and a bedroom. The room is divided in a logical manner split the bathroom and kitchenet from the sleeping area. (Unfortunately, the pool was closed on my visit.)

The rooms need to be updated and so does the technology. Also my fiancé woke me in middle of night because he got bit by a bed bug. We left the property right then and there at 12:30AM. Not happy at all.

First the pluses: the location is central and convenient. The second front desk agent and bartender were friendly. Now the rest. - Asked to check in early and was told it was $65 (never encountered this before) - 1st desk agent was flippant, bordering on rude - Was told food is served til 10. Went at 9:07. Nope, they close at 9. - Bought noodles in the lobby so I didnt hove to blow $40 on delivery. No utensils. - Mold in bathroom caulking - Lights in hallway into bedroom dont work - Opened the throw blanket and 2 dead moths were inside - Bathroom faucets run unless you adjust them just right - Remote control was grimy and missing the battery cover - One of the LOUDEST hotels Ive ever stayed in. Screaming in lobby can be heard everywhere and was constant. This did quiet down around 11pm. - Kids occupied the elevators and no one stopped them. It took 5 minutes just to catch one because they were filling them and pressing all the buttons then running to the next open one. - This little roach greeted me in the bathroom at 3am. Its 2 other family members were there too, but didnt catch a pic of them.
