Leaky Toilet
The people/staff were very nice. In our room the toilet had a constant leak all night. We arrived late in the evening after a concert and planned to leave early so I didn’t bother to report it to the front desk.

I arrived at night so I didn’t get to see the the whole area. The next day, while waiting for my LYFT ride I checked out the area and its surroundings. It was very close to the airport. Both places were excellent and I enjoyed my stay. I will recommend you to anyone asking about your business. Thanks Thankful to you for the excellent stay.

I paid almost $900 for a 4 day stay for my mother in law funeral. Traveling an 8 hour drive with children is already expensive so to add on I have to pay $20 a day for parking and $20 a day per person for breakfast is crazy. We had no fridge in the room to keep medication at temp it needs to be. I was already stressed due to her passing this hotel made the trip even more stressful

There was an open hole in the ceiling right above the sign in desk from a water leak. The soap dispenser must have been torn off the wall in our room. The bottles were sitting in the shower. The safe in our room was non-functional - would not open and when called for service was told they would have to call it in. When I came back later that evening, the desk said that my parking was validated. But discovered a $20.00 charge on my credit card. The person who serviced the room, did an excellent job - it was clean and orderly.

Hotel security came to my room at 0430 asking to talk to me about a possible water leak. Thiis day and age, this is an inappropriate way to handle things. They could have called my room or cell phone. I didn’t trust the person at the door and it frightened me for the rest of the stay.

Room was fine, it was clean and spacious and comfortable. Being 2024c it could have had some usb charging ports and my room was close to the elevator and you could hear the sounds every time the bell rang or the doors opened. The thermostat didn’t seem accurate, as it was much colder than the temperature displayed and wasn’t turning off when it was clearly colder than the set temperature called for, but I’ll take that over it not being cold enough. The included breakfast buffet was decent and had enough options, but the eggs were extremely dry. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the two room cleaners who helped me find the ice machine, and the driver of the courtesy shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time and got to the airport quickly and with no issues. Overall one of the better Doubletree hotels I’ve stayed in.

Staff are great but the property is old/dated, cracked paint in room, cobwebs on curtains (no joke). And the make you pay $20 for parking!! Would not stay again.
