Excellent customer service from Brandon at the front desk. He was able to accommodate me with my early checkin request. He was super friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient. Overall I had a wonderful stay and will be back!

The room had a musty smell, and felt damp. The air conditioning unit was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep, and woke up in an 82 degree room. The staff was wonderful though! Very friendly and efficient.

Everything was fine except for the parking. You have to pay to park at the open lot across the street. No discount and open to car thieves or break-ins.

It was a great stay, everyone was nice and welcoming. The only thing I did not like is the dust. I can see the dust floating around in the air and felt like i was inhaling it. Other than that, I had a perfect stay!

Really liked it alot and loved the price even more. Struggled in the beginning getting in the building and didn’t like that I had to pay extra if I wanted to check in before 4pm so we just waited in the lobby and ate and had some expresó Martinis at the lobby restaurant. In the evening we went up to the roof top and had a beer. It was a Wednesday so not much going on in the area. Will stay here again. This place was very nice and clean. Totally recommend it and price was excellent.

A Gem in disguise….
Most comfortable bed ever!!! Cozy, intimate room was romantic for the wife and i. Cleanliness was 5 stars shower, bathroom high dust areas everything was clean! Rare for a five star hotel let alone a 3 Star. If you’re in Philly stay here! Period.

A comfy, clean room in downtown Philly.
We enjoyed our stay at your property. The staff was great, especially Chris. The property is very clean & the bed was comfortable, especially after walking around Philly all day. The access to amazing restaurants in Chinatown & the Reading Terminal Market makes this the perfect place to stay. We will suggest this property to friends & family, and we will definitely come back.
