Poor customer service. Coffee maker without coffee in the room. No sheets for sofa bed. Reserved king room and got a double. Front desk said they gave our room away. Guy at desk interrupted my questions. Not worth the money.

I really liked that we were right across the street from Reading Terminal Market and within walking distance to Fashion District, Love Park, Independence Hall and many more. I also loved the free breakfast and suite style rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall I was disappointed with this hotel. While the staff were top notch, I was disappointed with several items which affected my overall opinion of the property. One of our beds squeaked horribly whenever that person tried to move around resulting in a very unpleasant sleeping experience for everyone. We had zero conditioner or lotion in the bathroom. Those are basic items I expect a hotel to provide. One of our bath towels was so thin you could see through it. (The other towel was nice and fluffy.) So we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels. Our bathroom floor was also very sticky. So we were not happy with the cleanliness. We were also not very pleased with breakfast. The oatmeal was mush. Like it had been through a blender. It was awful. And the toaster did not toast the bread/bagels. Even after putting the items through several cycles. They were barely warm. However, we did appreciate the variety of breakfast items offered. Hopefully other items were better than what we tried.

Convenient location - across the street from Reading Terminal Market, 2 blocks away from Chinatown, and walking distance to several historical attractions. There are only 3 elevators and during our stay one elevator was broken so the wait for the elevators especially during the morning was an extremely long wait. The stairs unfortunately do not lead to the lobby. The room was to be expected per the hotel description; average and no frills. The breakfast while included was not good, even the coffee and "juice" should be avoided. The next day we went across the street to Reading Terminal to grab breakfast. There is also a Panera Bread next to the hotel for a quick breakfast.

Great location—great stay
This hotel Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely laid out and had a really great kitchen area. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was adequate, and the lobby was very nice. This hotel is in a fantastic location with the Terminal Market right across the street and many restaurants and stores in the area. It was in walking distance of art museums, Independence hall, and south Philly.
