Front desk checked me into the wrong room under the wrong name and when I went downstairs to complain he told me I was wrong and then figured out I wasn’t. Tried to tell me there was two people with the same name which was not true. I booked the suite. The room was nice and clean but the tv wouldn’t load and was buffering every 30 seconds. There was no paper towels or hand towels and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. Overall good hotel but bad staff and needs renovation

Quiet, friendly staff with minimal breakfast
Quiet and easy in and out. Friendly staff. Sheets had some stains but seemed like they were permanent ones, but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but we knew that from other reviews - it was enough to get us to lunch time. Overall, we would stay here again.

Most of the staff was charming. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of parking in well-lit lot, the water pressure was fine. TV worked well as did the AC and it was HOT outside. No bad smells anywhere, no smell of cigarettes. Well done! Though there were quite a few “butts” on the ground right outside the entrance because people are pigs. It’s only a 2-star place so few bells/whistles but it gave me, a woman traveling alone, all I needed. I felt safe. The only negative is that the rooms are only serviced every 4? days, but that’s not abnormal for a 2-star establishment. It was easy enough to ask for more towels. *recommend - definitely worth the money

Nice, clean hotel for a budget friendly stay. Is it a 5-star hotel, no. Is it gentle on your wallet and good enough for a stay, yes. Stayed 4 nights and had no complaints.

Rooms are brightly lit. Breakfast is modest but filling (waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee). Bathroom was clean and functional but the wallpaper and door paint is peeling a little. Good mattress. Parking lot had many cut-down branches from landscaping that had not been picked up in some areas but it was easy to navigate around them.

The front desk staff and maintenance workers were wonderful. The general manager was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and should not have a job dealing with the public. The hotel itself smell like body odor in the hallway, the furniture smelled like cat pee, and there were bugs in the hallway.

Staff was nice - General Manager awful
Hotel staff were very nice and friendly when checking in. We called ahead to ask about getting access to our friends room ahead of time to decorate for her birthday. When we arrived the general manager stated that there were to be no beer parties in the room. We never asked about having a party, we simply asked to decorate to make our friend feel special. We then tried to hang out in the lobby and also the parking lot with our travel teammates and the manager told us we were to drink and a tavern or our house but not at his hotel. We asked where it was posted to which the GM could not tell us. We left for dinner and when we returned there was a TV scrolling hotel “news” that stated alcohol was prohibited. We also got yelled at for eating breakfast before 7 am but the food was out and ready to eat. These girls play softball and we are paying customers they should be able to eat breakfast. Since the length of this review is restricted - long story short, if the general manager can’t treat people with dignity and respect then he should be able to work with the general public or manage the hotel! We frequently stay in hotels for travel sports and this is by far the very worst experience we have had to date. I would never give this hotel another dime. The way our team was treated was disgraceful at best!

Friendly staff, priced right, and very quiet. Everything worked as expected and the room and linens were clean. There was coffee throughout the day and a simple breakfast provided in the mornings. Bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest. The staff let my husband borrow a Sharpie marker when he needed it. We would recommend the Quality Inn and stay again when in the area.
