This hotel was in the historical section of the section so we could walk to the Liberty Bell and the Independence Hall. It was also a central location if using public transport or Ubers to get around. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room - nothing to complain about here.

Very comfortable. Room and bed fresh and clean, well supplied though a couple outlets did not work. The bathroom well supplied, sink, toilet and tub clean, though the small cabinet shelves very dusty and floor corners had some buildup of old hair and dirt/dust.

Lovely staff and fantastic location
Had a wonderful time staying at this amazingly located hotel. The staff were outstanding - allowing us to check in early and check our bikes so we didn't have to have them in our rooms. We were in walking distance to all of the major historic attractions.

For the price we paid the hotel let us down. While the staff was friendly, the bathroom in our room was dirty upon arrival- hair in and around the sink and the sink did not drain. The walls were super thin but luckily we did not have noisy neighbors. If you did, you’d certainly hear everything through the walls. At least the beds were comfy. In all fairness this was a last minute reservation, but I would still have expected the room to at least be clean and the sink to drain for the 400/night price.

Located in a beautiful area, close to many historic landmarks; so much to do and see; great pubs; awesome food. Overall a fantastic first time to Philly 😊

Location was excellent for sightseeing and tours, hotel had oversold and was turning people away with bookings that were arriving in the early hours of the morning because their rooms had been given away, lobby was lovely but everything in the rooms and especially carpet was not overly clean and very worn

The staff at our evening check-in were amazing! We had gotten married earlier in the day and the young lady upgraded our room and gave us a later than usual checkout. The security guard even brought additional waters to our room after speaking with my husband in the hallway. We will definitely book a return stay!

We booked a room with a king size bed and when I got upstairs, it was two queens. When I called down inquiring about why I wasn’t given the room I booked he said because by the time I got here, it was sold out to others. I do not understand why they would give away the room I booked to anyone, so this was extremely disappointing. We also noticed that there were some stains on the wall but otherwise it was OK. The main reason I booked this hotel was because they had a king size bed and I could’ve gotten anywhere else for the queens. Very disappointing.

The concierge was great, so nice and helpful. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful too. Location great very walkable. The room could have been better, tub drain very slow causing water to fill in tub during shower, tv in our room didn’t work and sounded like drag racing going on, on the street outside our window.
