This hotel was in the historical section of the section so we could walk to the Liberty Bell and the Independence Hall. It was also a central location if using public transport or Ubers to get around. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room - nothing to complain about here.

We were there for the marathon and it was a bit far away from everything. The beds were extremely worn out. TV not hooked up for streaming abilities. Overall it was fine because we only slept there.

It’s in the perfect place! Center to everything but the rooms are old and need repair. The had a hole going to the outside. Stained walls and beat up furniture. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Just needs an update.

Great location near historical sites and not far from the Philly Convention Center. The first room I was given had a housekeeper sitting in the dark in it who questioned why I was checking into the room. I promptly left and was assigned another room by the front desk. It was an uncomfortable experience but the front desk was polite and effective. The room was standard and clean. I appreciated all the hooks and storage in the bathroom but the stopper didn’t work in the bathtub so I was not able to take a bath. Overall the hotel is a bit dated but it’s a good value for the price and location.

My room was not super clean, there was hair in the shower and a bug in the tub. I was checked out after my first night’s stay without my knowing about it and the staff gave access of my room to another guest, who walked in on me while I was sleeping, it was scary and nothing was done about it. I also lost access to my room after that and had to get that sorted out. The dinner I had, chicken burger was not great, the breakfast was okay, but $21 tax USD for a continental break seems a bit steep. I dealt with 6 staff members and only two were courteous and professional.

First let’s start with the fact that I wanted to take a bath each night. I get infusions at Jefferson headache center and they take a lot out of me. Well the tub had rust around the drain up on the tub. It grossed me out quite a bit. The room was fairly small for a king. We’ve been to many hotels just not in the inter city. Maybe that’s just how it is. My only other complaint is lack of free parking. The parking was $40 a night not including the city’s parking tax. My thing is if I’m paying you 471, after taxes for 2 nights then we should have had free parking. Will be looking into somewhere else for my next infusion. Also, no free breakfast.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very courteous and warm. Gave us great recommendations for place's to visit . We had breafast and it was well prepared and the price was very reasonable.

Needs better cleaning in the rooms
The room was adequate, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The lamp on the desk was dust-covered, which is unacceptable, and the last person who cleaned the room left a used coffee cup on top of a new cup in the coffee bin. Also, why was there no regular coffee in the room, only decaf? Please take a look at the attached pictures. I was also in awe of the filth on the lamp and the used coffee cup.
