The rooms are very dirty. Holes in the walls and in the floor. There were hairs still left in a dirty bath tub. Was unable to get a full refund, so had no choice but to stay the night. In the morning we found a pigeon come out from under the bed. We had no idea it was there while we slept. There were men sitting outside in their vehicles watching people walk to their vehicles. They were going to unoccupied vehicles, trying the handles, and when they saw they were locked they walked back to their own rides.

I'm being nice by giving this place one star. The rooms had holes in the walls, holes and cracks in the flooring. The bathtub was dirty, the floors were dirty and hair on them. This place is run down and the manager and office staff with the exception of the security guard is rude as hell. Tons of homeless wandering around outside and hanging out in rooms on bottom floor, just straight up disgusting . Trust me ....pay the extra 20 dollars to stay somewhere else for the night.

Service was great everyone was very helpful and friendly. However the outside parking area is kinda sketchy with random people hanging out. The rooms need a lot of touch up’s and repairs. Room had a musty wet carpet smell. We only needed a room for a nights rest before driving out to Sedona so we just stuck it out for the night.

The carpet was filthy and had not been cleaned for a very long time. There were roaches in the room. Other than that the bed was comfortable, the toilet and the shower worked fine and the TV service offered lots of channels. The room would be better if they get rid of the old dirty carpet and replaced it with wood flooring or tile. Also fumigate the place to get rid of the roaches.
