Accessible room NOT handicapped accessible!
I reserved an accessible room. Their definition of accessible was that a wheelchair would fit in the bathroom. There were no grab bars and the shower was not handicapped accessible. There were no other rooms with grab bars available. I was denied compensation because the room was "accessible." It was definitely not ADA accessible. The shuttle and restaurant were good.
