The kitchen area was nice with alot of items to use. Liked the coffee in the lobby. The room was nice but some area were aging amd needed maintenance (faucets dripped, toilet ran) Overall a lovely place and would stay again!

Whereas the staff was excellent the property was old and much in need of repairs. The water pressure was so bad that I'm sure the dishwasher was not able to perform. The floors were dirty upon my arrival but the hotel welcome was exemplary, and they took care of it right away! At times it got quite loud too with foreign speaking people roaming the halls.The staff did the best they could with what they had to work with, but I would not stay there again.

Room was great. Very quiet. Very nice staff. Only complaints were the dryers took forever to dry a small load and the shower took a long time to warm up. Loved the convenience of having all dishes and utensils even BBQ utensils available. Great play ground and the kids loved the splash pad.

I booked the hotel for the waterfall in the pool and it never got turned on. My thermostat was stuck at 80 degrees when it’s 110 degrees outside and a chair was torn with nails/staples sticking out and cut one of my guests. After expressing these concerns, absolutely nothing was done to resolve the issues. I will not be staying here again.

I had a five night stay. Very quiet, much nicer than a typical "hotel" room for about the same price. Full kitchen, full size refrigerator. Only recommendation would be for a larger TV. VERY nice place to stay.

This is a very nice property. Most areas were very clean and inviting. Could not find the outdoor pool shower. Pool/hot tub were nice. Our stay was short, but enjoyable
