Hotel was located on a hillside away from any shops or restaurants but they do provide a scheduled shuttle service to Patong central or beach with a minimal fee. Hotel restaurant situated on top of the property with a great sea view foods and services were excellent. Our room was having a few minor issues but hotel manager Van was very nice and able to correct it right away and provided a very pleasant stay. Definitely will come back here next time in Phuket.

This hotel was stunning, they upgraded us to a pool villa which was awesome. Everything was immaculate and clean and beautiful. Only downside is need to get a ride everywhere because cabs pick you up from the lower lobby and you need a shuttle to get there

This hotel is 10/10. Amazing service and experience, with exceptional views. There’s plenty to do within the resort including, access to two pools, the gym and spa (which all offer amazing views). My personal favourite was the orchard - a garden of home grown fruits and nature within the resort, which is quietly tucked away. The shuttle bus was very convenient with an hourly service, and the breakfast spread was varied and provided many options including an egg station, Arabic and Thai food, and continental breakfast options as well as an amazing selection of coffee options (barista available). The rooms are incredibly spacious and staff are very friendly. I had a hole in my shorts and the staff fixed it for me with the sewing kit, they provided beautiful decorations and a complimentary dessert and also complimentary drinks at the infinity lounge area with exceptional sunset views. A special shoutout to Van (Pongsak) who provided us with a personal tour of the resort, provided us complimentary drinks and checked in with us regularly to see how we can make the most of our stay in the resort and Phuket - he was very friendly and always went above and beyond to make it an exceptional stay for us, including arranging breakfast for an early morning checkout. He really made our stay extremely enjoyable - we are already missing the resort! We have already recommended this place to our family who are planning a visit soon.

Staying here really was an amazing experience. Too many good things to say about this hotel! Place was quiet and very clean! Bed sheets and towels were all soft and clean, all the time! Room service and house keeping was spot on with amazing and well mannered staff. The restaurant and breakfast buffet had a ton of options with many different styles and cultures of food. There was something there for everyone! There is an app for the hotel which made it supper easier and convenient to request ANYTHING from your phone. The hotel sits on top of a hill so you will need to request to be picked up and dropped off, all the time. But with the app, it is super convenient and easy. I never waited more than 5 mins for a ride/pickup. Reason being that the hotel is quiet, is due to it not being very close to local markets/ local shops. Hotel is kind of secluded, with maybe a few shops and a couple restaurants on top of the hill nearby. Though, the hotel does provide shuttle pick up and drop off every hour to the center of the Patong beach city. They literally have you covered in all areas for your trip. Would definitely come back and stay here!

This was not a 5* hotel, we went as a group of 12 people we booked Deluxe room with a ocean view. the rooms located one end of the building and looked like we were in council flats going to our rooms! hotel rooms were outdated TV was fuzzy it was awful. bathrooms were tiny and basic the HOTEL is nothing like the pics. apart from the way it looked the hotel staff were really nice and helpful. I WOULD NOT RECOOMEND THIS HOTEL NOT A 5*

The hotel staff was very nice. The first room they put us in smelled like mold. We moved to a upgraded room for a discount. It took 15 minutes for the water to turn warm to take a shower. We got locked out of our room because the batteries died and it took them 15 minutes to show up. The electrical switch in our room would go on and off flickering throughout the night. The resort needs some maintenance. The main lobby had a strong lemon candle burning that gave me a headache. They also needed more in dining selections.

We had booked a deluxe room, which was terrible. It was old, mouldy, the grain was not working and overall a 3 star at best. The staff was gracious enough to move us to a pool villa. That room was amazing! Hence my high review. Most of the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend Wyndham if you can afford a pool villa or better.

Spring for the ocean view pool rooms. They are beautiful. This resort is simply stunning. Its set on a hill which provides panoramic views. You get around the resort by cars provided by the hotel. There are two lovely restaurant/bars. They are expensive to drink and eat at in Thailand but about right for a city center drink and food back home. We has the floating asian lunch brought to our room and that was well worth it. The hotel is away from everything but for 50THB the hotel will transfer your to Bangha Road in Patong, where you can see the madness or walk 15 mimutes to the night markets. We were charged 200THB to get back [after haggling down from 400] There are mosquitos at this hotel so please keep your doors closed. But would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really good hotel with many amenities. We had the private pool in the room but unfortunately was too cold and hard to enjoy it. It should have a heater. Everything like breakfast etc, was amazing.

Amazing Birthday trip
23:50 59 Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Geolineandre This is my second visit at Wyndham Grand, Phuket at Kalim Bay since pre-Covid. This has been the best birthday/holiday hands down for me in my 44 years. I would like to recognize one particular staff who has gone above and beyond his duties for making this by far the best memorable birthday ever! From my first day of arrival l was greeted by (Van) Pongsak Pushkin, I can't say enough about this wonderful man, thank you for giving me the best experience ever!! Van made my first day of arrival until my last day at check out, an amazing experience. Van was very professional and showed concern for every guest, he listen to my concerns and work on them immediately, even went out his way to make my 44 birthday memorable. As a solo traveler from Miami, Florida, I haven't came across customer service like this in years. The staff were friendly and treated me like family, I especially enjoyed how the staff called me by name or room number as they greeted me. I felt that was a nice touch to the whole experience.
