Nice hotel, good rooms, very clean and well maintained, great for getting into Paris by the Metro. Walkable to the city center in just over half an hour. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Feels like a safe area.
The main downside would be there's a club of some kind opposite it and at weekends they go on until the early morning.
