The condo was clean and well stocked kitchen utensils. All rooms very spaciuos. Washer and dryer. Close to food and shops but out of the hustle and bustle. Will rent again.

This place is obviously not updating even the most minor things. It looked like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. There were several broken blinds, there was a tattered lamp shade, and the shower door fell off the track because the hardware had deteriorated. Decor and furniture was very dated. They must be going through a change of ownership because these are all very easy things to fix, yet they aren't. The upstairs loft was uninhabitable due to silverfish and stink bug infestation - bugs in the beds up there. The place was clean otherwise - meaning I can tell housekeeping does a good job.
