The most friendliest staff I have experienced in quite some time. Everyone very friendly and helpful. They cared about your stay. Breakfast and afternoon snack were both great and mich more than other chain hotels offer. Happy Hour also was unexpected and a nice treat. Only negative was our room never got made up the entire time and we stayed four days. Only a slight inconvenience and it would not deter us from staying here again or the five star rating

The hotel itself was exceptional. Most all of the staff were polite, professional, and courteous. But one staff member complained how he couldnt wait for the shift to be over (breakfast staff) in front of the patrons after a woman complimented the staff for a good job on the breakfast. This sends the wrong message to the ones staying at the hotel! When you reserve a hotel, it's a package deal. I've not reserved a hotel stay in the past because of these things.. just saying.

Dining food was fair / limited at best, only one elevator operating (one of two has been down for two weeks), crib was not in the room as requested at booking, grounds were full of lantern flies, lack of luggage carts for checking in and out.

I loved my stay here at Drury in Pittsburgh! The property was beautiful and the rooms were spotless and super clean. Great comfortable beds, and warm showers. Staff was nice and the manager was friendly and present as well. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many options… like the classic hotel waffle! we seriously filled up and were able to skip lunch as a result. The manger was actually going around to each table during breakfast asking everyone if the food and service was good… thats great service for sure. If you want a beautiful hotel with clean rooms and delicious breakfast, this is the place for you!

Great location just outside the city limits (but close to downtown too) on way to airport. Easy access and parking. New / modern hotel. Super clean rooms and lobby area. Highly recommend!

Drury was a nice hotel, clean with great service. Good breakfast provided, drink tickets for a happy hour and a daily snack that was decent. Rooms were nice and the location is a 10 minute drive to the downtown, close to shopping and the airport. I’d stay here again when I return to Pittsburgh
