Great convenient downtown hotel, can walk to all stadiums etc Clean, very friendly and helpful staff Breakfast and dinner time kickback buffet are a great added bonus, nice variety of food Valet parking is great, young lady running it(sorry did not get her name) is awesome as well as all the valet staff Housekeeping great as well, shout out to Robert P Thanks for a great stay

Had an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC overnight stay for the Bruce Springsteen concert. ALL staff and facility were above and beyond expectations and the manager HEATHER was extremely accomodating. KUDOS to the entire staff!!!

The valet parking with off site location made for long wait times. But the staff is very friendly and works hard to make your experience as best as can be. I think if you can overlook the parking, it us a very nice hotel. The patio, gym and pool area are very nice. The vault area in the basement was also a fun addition. The food was pretty decent for buffet hotel style food.

Nice hotel. Easy walk to PPG Arena. Only problem was the valet parking - we got there at check-in with everyone else, so it was super busy and slow. We parked down the street for less. Staff was nice, good breakfast, outside terrace on the eighth floor. Would stay again and recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Drury Hotel. The room was very clean and staff was extremely kind. Breakfast and kick back have great options for anyone looking for something quick to eat. Hotel is located 10/20 minutes walk from most bars / restaurants.. highly recommend booking with Drury

We liked the interesting fact that the hotel was an old armory and was a historic museum in it's own right. The hotel was clean and walkable to the downtown area. The only downside was having to pay for parking. Paying for parking is not unreasonable, but is not always evident when making reservations and could add quite a bit if staying several days.

I simply cannot speak more highly of this property. I’ve stayed at at least a dozen downtown Pittsburgh hotels and the Drury beats them all. So easy to get in and out of. Super friendly and helpful staff. Happy Hour and snacks! Perfect!

Wish pool stayed open longer Wish Dinner was started earlier...especially when Pirates game starts early on Fridays Wish their was a little wider range of dinner options offered Breakfast was good Rooftop Patio was nice... Valet was simple, but pricey

I have never stayed in a Drury hotel before, but will opt for this brand in the future over chains like Hilton, Marriott, etc. The property was conveniently located, our room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious, and the property was clean. We normally don't care for on-site breakfast buffets, but this one had freshly prepared hot foods as well as an assortment of other offerings. The buffet was kept well stocked and clean. What stood out above all, however was the genuine friendliness of all the staff -- they took time to chat with every guest personally, from the front desk, to the breakfast buffet, to the cocktail bar. Without exception, the staff we encountered were cheerful, interested in whether we needed anything, and seemed excited to be working for Drury. We were very impressed, and this made our stay memorable.
